Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, which includes payment authorization, packing and shipping your items. ALL orders are shipped out using First Class Package Service. In most cases, delivery will be within three to four business days to domestic destinations.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
The Medical Essentials Co., is not held responsible for any delays of order updates and delivery dates once the USPS office has your package. Some customers may experience a delay in delivery and/or tracking updates once USPS has the package.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are are only shipping in the USA.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email once your order is processed and a tracking number is assigned. Please be sure to include your email address when checking out. The Medical Essentials Co., is not responsible for ANY lost items. If your package says delivered and you have not received it, reach out for us to assist in contacting USPS for further investigation.
"I put the wrong address on my order, how can I get my package back?"
The Medical Essentials Co., is not responsible for "Return To Sender" packages. If you would like for us to resend your package, there will be an additional cost. Please email us at service@themedessentialsco.com for additional information.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. Reach out for us to assist in contacting USPS to file a claim for the damage.
RETURN TO SENDER
If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost packages. If your package is returned back to us, there will be an additional cost for domestic shipping. Please email us with your correct mailing address and order number. Please note, it can take up to 10-14 business days to receive your package.
WRONG/MISSING ITEMS
We are human but on EXTREMELY RARE occasions do we make mistakes in shipping a wrong/missing item. Please contact us service@themedessentialsco.com and we will make it right.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain circumstances such as item is not in stock and suspicion of fraud. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.
