Damaged & Defective Policy

All damaged and/or defective item(s) must be reported via email within FIVE DAYS of delivery date. Once reported, the item(s) must be shipped back to us in order to receive a replacement. If the replacement is not in stock, you have the option to

1. Wait for restock  

2. Choose a similar item

3. Request a refund  

We WILL NOT provide prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

All returns are refunded via Store Credit.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are received.
